Dokubo-Asari supports ex speaker Dogara’s appeal to president Tinubu to outsource the fight against terror

Alhaji Mujahid Abubakar Dokubo-Asari has supported former Speaker Yakubu Dogara’s call for the Nigerian government to outsource the fight against terrorism, citing inefficacy in military efforts.

 

He emphasized the need for a homegrown solution, urging the government to leverage local resources and expertise. Asari, chairman of Fouche Security Services, stated that his trained personnel are prepared to combat terrorism and banditry, having already contributed to security efforts in several states since 2021. He highlighted the severe economic impact of ongoing violence, calling for collective action against these threats to national stability.

Alhaji Mujahid Abubakar Dokubo-Asari’s Fouche Security Services has positively impacted local communities in states like Anambra, Imo, Rivers, Plateau, and Benue by enhancing security and reducing the prevalence of terrorism and banditry. Since 2021, the company has utilized its local knowledge and trained personnel to address security challenges effectively.
He said,
“Our men know the terrain and have shown capacity in fighting against the twin evils of terrorism and banditry.”

Nigeria is presently plagued by banditry and terrorism in many states and many Nigerians are calling on the government to take a decisive action against the perpetrators.
