One Olatunde Femi (35), a moulding machine operator at Multipak Nig. Ltd., located at Plot F28, Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Lagos, has died after being trapped while operating the machine.
The victim died on the spot and homicide detectives have visited the scene.
The deceased corpse has been evacuated to a public morgue for autopsy. -Dedeigbo Ayodeji
