Rainstorm Destroys 105 Houses In Ekiti

No fewer than 105 buildings were destroyed by a rainstorm at Oke-Ako in the Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State on Friday evening.

The downpour, which lasted more than two hours, also destroyed some of the town’s electricity infrastructure, resulting in a total blackout.

Building roofs were already ripped off in photos shared on Sunday.
