Shettima, Sanwo-Olu Attend Customs Conference

Vice President Kashim Settima and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, attended the opening of the ongoing 2023 Comptroller General of Customs’ Conference in Lagos.

This was revealed in photos shared on the official X handle of the Nigeria Customs Service on Thursday.

The theme for this year’s conference which started on Wednesday is “Leveraging Data Analytics for Secure and Efficient Trade Facilitation in Customs Operations.”

According to NCS, the Vice President is representing President Bola Tinubu, who is the Special Guest of Honour at the event.

In his welcome address, the Chief host of the 2023 CGC’s Conference, CGC Bashir Adeniyi said, “Nigeria Customs Service will remain sleepless until we meet our goal for international trade standard.”
