Tinubu hosts Kazakhstan colleague, Tokayev in Abu Dhabi

President Bola Tinubu has hosted the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates today.

The meeting was aimed at exploring new opportunities for expanding bilateral relations between Nigeria and Kazakhstan.

Tinubu alongside other invited Heads of State and Government, global dignitaries, policy makers and industry leaders are currently in the United Arab Emirates, for the 2025 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Opening Ceremony and Sustainability Prize Award.

Tinubu’s hosting of his Kazakhstan colleague was made known via images shared on his X handle, on Tuesday, January 14.

The caption reads: “I met with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan in Abu Dhabi today to explore new opportunities for expanding bilateral relations between Nigeria and Kazakhstan.”
