Fugitive Arrested After Boasting About Cooking Skills In Newspaper

An Italian mafia fugitive, Edgardo Greco, 63, who had been on the run for 17 years, has been found after he boasted about his authentic Italian recipes in a local newspaper in France.

According to Daily Mail on Friday, Greco also known as the ‘prison killer’ had lived in the French town of Saint-Etienne since 2014 after fleeing an arrest warrant in 2006 over the murder of two brothers in Calabria.

Greco, who worked as a pizza chef, was arrested by Interpol.

The two brothers, Stefano and Giuseppe Bartolomeo, he was accused of killing were beaten to death with iron bars before their bodies were dissolved in acid.
