Serial Cyber-Stalker Saheed ‘Alfa Sunnah’ Toyinbo Remanded in Kirikiri Prison

Ibadan-based social media personality Saheed Toyinbo, popularly known as Alfa Sunnah, known for targeting and defaming prominent religious leaders and respected Nigerians, has been remanded in Kirikiri Prison.
Toyinbo recently made headlines for launching malicious character assassination campaigns against Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe (Genesis), Shepherd-in-Charge of Genesis Global.
Sources reveal that his legal troubles deepened after another cleric based in the Ogba, Ifako-Ijaiye area of Lagos State filed a separate petition against him for similar online attacks.

Under current Nigerian cybercrime laws, defaming citizens online is a serious, punishable offence with strict legal consequences. Law enforcement agencies have reiterated that no cyber bully, regardless of location, is beyond the reach of the law.
Following his court appearance, Toyinbo was granted stringent bail conditions, which required:
A Recognized Traditional Ruler (Baale), a chieftaincy title recognized by the Lagos State Government, backed by landed property with a valid Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in Lagos.
A Level 12+ Civil Servant guarantor: A biological relative employed by the Lagos State Government at Grade Level 12 or above, with active LASRRA registration and up-to-date tax clearance with a cash deposit of N3m.
Unable to meet the bail conditions, Toyinbo was remanded in the Kirikiri Correctional Center, Lagos, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
The case has been adjourned to November 4, 2026 for further hearing.
