2Baba ex-wife, actress Annie Macaulay, has announced her return to acting with a new project.
The Nollywood actress shared a video from a movie set on Instagram platform, emphasizing that, acting has always been close to her heart, while expressing her heartfelt excitement getting back to what she loves doing.
“Acting will always have a special place in my heart, and I’m honestly so happy to be back doing what brings me joy,” she stated.

Macaulay further noted that being back on set reminded her of the reason she started her career in the first place.
“Being back on set, creating stories, becoming different characters, and doing what I truly love reminds me of why I started this journey in the first place,” she added.
She also expressed gratitude for personal growth, new starting, and the opportunities to keep telling stories through film.
The actress therefore added that the magic of acting was still very much alive for her, describing this moment as only the beginning once again.
Meanwhile, this development marks a pivotal step for Macaulay after her divorce from popular singer 2Baba last year.
