The outcome put an end to Portable’s winning streak in celebrity boxing, where he had previously won two titles by defeating stars Speed Darlington and Charles Okocha.

Portable boasted that he would use Efe to win a third belt prior to the bout, confidently projecting another victory.
Carter Efe, on the other hand, seemed unmoved and pledged to resolve the issue within the ring.
Portable launched a barrage of punches at the beginning of the fight, but Efe maintained his composure and countered with precise blows to the head and body.
Portable continued to attack in the second round, but Efe was more clinical, landing cleaner combinations and managing the fight’s tempo.
Before the bell rang in the last round, Efe continued to control the action by repeatedly striking with powerful blows.
Carter Efe became the new celebrity boxing champion after his victory.
