Burna Boy, Shakira’s ‘Dai Dai’ Tops Billboard Again
The 2026 FIFA World Cup official song ‘Dai Dai’ by Burna Boy and Shakira has topped the Billboard Global 200 chart for a fifth week. It also leads the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart for an eighth week.
Billboard announced the feat yesterday via X (formally twitter).
The American music and entertainment magazine called ‘Dai Dai’ the world’s biggest song, one month after the tournament ended.

It was gathered that the tournament concluded on July 19, 2026, with Spain defeating Argentina 1-0.
Citing data from Luminate, Billboard said “Dai Dai” recorded 6,000 sales worldwide and 44.1 million streams between July 7-13.
The platform added that, “It holds a top Global Excl. U.S., where it first reigned at the beginning of July, with 37.8 million streams (down 10%) and 4,000 sold (down 8%) outside the U.S.”
Billboard also noted that the song is gaining ground in the U.S.
‘Dai Dai’ rose to No. 3 as the Greatest Gainer on Rhythmic Airplay across U.S. radio formats.
