Joseph Aloba Weighs In On Toluwanisings Burial Dispute, Likens It To Mohbad’s Case

Father of late singer Mohbad, Joseph Aloba, has reacted to the ongoing rift between the family of late gospel artiste, Toluwanisings, and his widow, Elizabeth Olayemi, over his burial arrangements.

Aloba was said to have compared his own experience after Mohbad’s death to the situation surrounding Toluwanisings’ family, wondering why people were faulting the late gospel singer’s relatives for their stance.

He alleged that Toluwanisings’ mother-in-law lives in a well-furnished house fitted with air conditioners, while his father reportedly resides in a room with an annual rent of N35,000.

He questioned why people were condemning the family for handling the issue in a manner similar to the controversy that trailed Mohbad’s burial.

Meanwhile his remarks come amid the dispute over where Toluwanisings should be buried. Reports suggest that his widow is in favour of a cemetery burial instead of interring him in the house he built, a preference his family members are said to be against.
