KC Luxury Sues NDLEA For N190 Million”

Lagos socialite Afolabi Kazeem, popularly known as KC Luxury, has dragged the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency to court, demanding N190 million in damages over his arrest and continued detention.

KC Luxury is also praying the Federal High Court to grant him bail as he contests his prolonged custody by the anti-narcotics agency.

NEWSCARTE reported that NDLEA operatives arrested KC Luxury at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, on August 13, 2026. He was said to be making arrangements to travel to Paris at the time.

His arrest came days after the agency intercepted 184.5kg of cocaine from a courier company in Lagos.

The NDLEA chairman stated that the suspect did not surrender himself.

“This cartel leader did not walk into our custody voluntarily; he intended to flee the country on a business-class flight to Paris,” he said.
