Ojajuni Commissions New Police Outpost In Ogun Community

Bode Ojajuni, the Ogun State Commissioner of Police has commissioned a police outpost in Ijoko Ota, Ogun State.
The Ogun State Police Command said the commissioning was necessary due to growing insecurity and cults related activities in and around Ijoko Ota, a suburb of Ogun State. The outpost, located at Onipetesi Ijoko was donated by Chief Taoreed Kolawole, the Baale of Onipetesi.
During the commissioning of the project, the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of operation in the state, DCP Muritala Bolanle who represented the Commissioner of Police Mr. Bode Ojajuni urged the community members to cooperate with the police by providing useful information that can assist in protecting life and properties, adding that the police cannot perform wonders without credible information.

In his remarks, the Baale of Onipetesi Chief Taoreed Kolawole promised that the community is ready to give maximum cooperation to the police.
With the commissioning of the Onipetesi outpost, Agbado Divisional Headquarter now has four police outposts under its jurisdiction.
The Divisional Police Officer of Agbado Police Station, CSP Adesanya Oyekanmi thanked the Baale of Onipetesi for providing the facility and promised that it would be put to use for the benefit of the community.
Present at the occasion are the Sango Area Commander; ACP Shola Oladele, DPO Sango Police station; CSP Olatunji Idowu, DPO Ajunwo; CSP Awoniyi and traditional rulers in and around Ijoko.
