Regina Daniels Rejects Marriage, Wants Female Child
Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has stated she is no longer interested in marriage following her separation from estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
The mother of two made the disclosure during a recent TikTok livestream with Tiktoker Jarvis.
Despite stepping away from marriage, Daniels said she still wants more children and is determined to have a daughter. “I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys,” she explained during the livestream.

She explained that her desire for a daughter stems from her belief that daughters care more for their parents in old age. “But I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl,” she said.
Daniels contrasted how men and women approach family life after marriage. “Men will grow, get married and focus more on building family. But for women, she will always remember home,” she added.
The actress married Ned Nwoko in 2019, a union that sparked public outrage due to the 40-year age gap. Daniels was 19 at the time, while Nwoko was a billionaire politician. They share two sons together.
Meanwhile, their marriage hit a public crisis in late 2025 after Nwoko alleged that Daniels is struggling with drug and alcohol abuse and needed rehabilitation.
The actress swiftly denied the claims and accused him of manipulation, psychological control, and abuse.
Shortly after the fallout, Daniels left the marriage and moved into her own house. Since then, she has consistently maintained that she is now single and focused on her children and career.
