Sanwo-Olu Stuns On Runway At 2026 Lagos Fashion Week
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Governor of Lagos State, made a surprise appearance on the runway alongside models at the 2026 Lagos Fashion Week (LFW).
The governor was styled by designer Ugo Monye in a classy off-white outfit that appeared to be a perfect fusion of a caftan and a kimono, complemented with a beige fedora hat for a breezy yet sophisticated look.
Sanwo-Olu walked the runway with confidence, flashing peace signs and giving knowing nods to the cheering audience in the hall.
The 2026 edition of LFW, themed “CRAFTED: Heritage,” kicked off last Wednesday at the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, and will come to a close on Sunday.
