Spyro Blames Colleagues’ Broke Status On Women
Prominent Nigerian Singer Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, better known as Spyro, has attributed some colleagues’ financial struggles to excessive spending on women and parties.
Speaking to fans during a performance at an event over the weekend, the ‘Who’s Your Guy’ crooner said such spending amounted to wasted investment.
“If you are here and you are spending money on women, I think you are wasting your time. I’m not saying you should not spend on your woman, but use your head,” he stated.

Spyro said being generous to women was acceptable, but cautioned against excess.
He advised male fans to prioritize saving and investing over frivolities.
Speaking further, the singer claimed that some colleagues became bankrupt after spending their first major earnings on parties and trips to South Africa, while emphasizing that he avoided that route and instead focused on music and investment.
He added that after gaining fame, he received messages from Instagram ‘big girls’ offering to fund foreign trips, but declined them to maintain focus on his career.
