Teni Challenges Tiwa Savage To Celebrity Boxing Match

Nigerian singer-songwriter, Teniola Apata, has left the internet buzzing after challenging Tiwa Savage to a boxing match.

In a widely circulated video, Teni vowed to defeat Tiwa Savage mercilessly, saying she would show no sympathy even for her son, Jamil.

According to the singer, the winner of the fight should be rewarded with ₦1.5 billion.

“Teni and Tiwa Savage next. Let’s start from there. I will beat you,” she said.

Although Teni didn’t disclose how she intends to spend the money, she hinted at her desire to purchase a Bugatti.

Reacting to the challenge, Tiwa Savage responded in the comment section, noting that a date should be scheduled.

“Pick a date,” she wrote.

Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, rose to fame after the release of her hit single “Fargin” in 2017.

Her major breakthrough, however, came in 2018 with the widely acclaimed song “Askamaya,” which earned her significant recognition in the Nigerian music industry.

Since then, she has continued to grow with hit songs including “Case” and “Uyo Meyo,” establishing herself as one of Nigeria’s most talented artists.
