Yul Edochie Says Female Infidelity Damages Marriage More
By Abdulbaqi Jibreel Ajao
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has claimed that infidelity affects a woman’s relationship or marriage more severely than when a man cheats.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, the actor argued that women who cheat tend to lose interest in their relationships entirely, unlike men.
According to Edochie, men should never forgive a cheating partner. He said that once a woman cheats, it shows she is no longer invested in the relationship.

The actor further stated that any man who forgives infidelity is a “weak man,” stressing that commitment cannot survive once trust is broken in that way.
Edochie also said women are usually faithful and supportive when they are genuinely in love, noting that many men end up with women who do not love them, which he believes pushes those women to cheat with men they truly care for.
“If you meet a woman who loves you, she will be willing to do anything for you,” he said.
“But the problem is that a lot of men are with women who don’t love them and are wasting their time. So, they can’t get commitment from them because those women are not into them. She is into someone else,”he added.
To explain his point, Edochie referenced a recent controversy involving an alleged affair between a married woman and a younger man, stating that, “I don’t want to mention names, but look at the recent controversy over the alleged illicit affair of a young man with a married woman, where the husband was complaining to his wife to save their marriage, and the wife was trying to protect the young man. That is because it is the young man that she truly loves. Do you know how much she might have spent on him?
