2027: Jimsah Holds Strategic Stakeholders’ Meeting in Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 01
Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, candidate for Lagos State House of Assembly, Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 01, Hon. Jimoh-Taylor S. Babatunde, popularly known as Jimsah, convened a strategic stakeholders’ meeting on Wednesday, 13th August 2025, at the party secretariat in Ifako-Ijaiye.
The gathering brought together ward leaders, polling unit executives, and key party faithful to review plans ahead of the 2027 general elections.
According to a statement from the Jimsah Taylor Campaign Organisation, the discussions focused on areas such as campaign structures, funding mechanisms, and grassroots mobilization across all polling units in the constituency.

In addition, the party announced the appointment of an INEC Liaison Committee and Supervisors who will coordinate NDC activities with the electoral body ahead of the polls.
In his speech, Hon. Jimsah commended the leadership and members for their commitment to the party’s growth in Ifako-Ijaiye.
Speaking further, he described the meeting as “timely and productive,” adding that unity, discipline, and grassroots engagement remain critical to what he called the “rescue and restore” mission for Constituency 01.
“Let us remain steadfast and committed to this rescue mission,” Jimsah pleaded by advising the members.
Meanwhile, party stakeholders at the meeting therefore pledged support for the campaign structure and promised to intensify mobilization at the ward and polling unit levels in the coming months.
