Family of Toluwanisings Announces Service of Songs

The family of late Nigerian gospel singer, Olayemi Bayonle Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, has announced arrangements for his Service of Songs.
The announcement comes a week after the singer’s sudden death.
In a statement posted on his official social media page on Wednesday, the family said a Night of Tributes and Service of Songs will be held in his honour on Monday, October 27, 2026, at the Jogor Centre, Hall of Grace, Ibadan, by 3 p.m.
“We invite you to join us for a Night of Tributes and Service of Songs in honour of our beloved brother, friend, and gospel minister, Olayemi Bayonle Bolaji, fondly known as Toluwanisings,” the statement read.
NEWSCARTE reported that Toluwanisings passed away on October 14, 2026, just hours after ministering at gospel singer Bidemi Olaoba’s praise concert in Ibadan.
His death has continued to generate reactions on social media, with many Nigerians and celebrities blaming the poor state of the country’s healthcare system.
According to his Personal Assistant, the singer slumped at his residence and died after being allegedly turned away by eight hospitals in Ibadan over lack of emergency equipment.
