Adedimeji Says God Changed His Marriage Plans

Prominent Nigerian Actor and producer Lateef Adedimeji has spoken about his marriage to colleague Mo Bimpe, admitting that he once swore he would never marry within the industry.

In a chat with Morayo Afolabi-Brown, Adedimeji pointed out that he had promised himself not to date or marry a fellow entertainer, but fate had other ideas.

Speaking on their faith differences. He is Muslim, while Bimpe is Christian.

For him, he noted that religion was never an issue because peace came first.

“I promised never to marry someone from my industry, but God had better plans. I am a Muslim; she’s a Christian. It didn’t matter to me because the most important thing before religion is my peace,” he said.

The actor said Bimpe had reservations about the relationship at first, but he insisted on meeting her father, and that settled everything.

“She had her concerns, but I told her to let me meet her father, and the rest is history,” he added.

Adedimeji also cleared the air on viral photos of triplets with him and his wife online.

He said the pictures were AI-generated and not their real children.
