Council Invasion: Lagos Police Command Detains Ejigbadero, Oluomo

The Lagos State Police Command Ikeja, has detained Alhaji Ejigbadero and Oluomo Kafata for constituting nuisance in Alimosho Federal Constituency.
The duo were charged for threat to life, assaults, vandalization of public properties and breach of public peace on Friday.
It will be recalled that Ejigbadero had on Thursday afternoon led some fully armed hoodlums to disrupt activities at Alimosho local government during working hours.
It was gathered that the council boss, Hon Jeleel Sulaiman was having a peace and security meeting with stakeholders at the council secretariat during the time of the attack.
Public properties were vandalized while some aides of the council chairman, council staffs and visitors to the local government were injured in the process.
Oluomo Kafata as he is popularly called also on Thursday morning, led hoodlums to create chaos at Egbe Idimu LCDA secretariat while the chairman was having a stakeholders meeting.
Report reach this medium indicates that the duo may be charged to court and probably have some days at Kirikiri or Ikoyi prisons in the coming days.
