Just In: EFCC Releases Saraki On Bail

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has released former Senate President, Bukola Saraki on bail.

Saraki was released a few minutes ago after meeting the anti-graft agency’s bail conditions.

At about 2pm today, the EFCC arrested and detained Saraki over alleged misappropriation of public funds and money laundering.

A senior official confirmed the development, stating that the former Kwara State governor, who was is in custody has been released.
