Not Attending Higher Institution Is My Regret — Ola Of Lagos

Popular Nigerian luxury influencer and car reviewer, Waris Olayinka Akinwande, better known as, Ola of Lagos, has opened up about his biggest regret in life, which is not being opportune to attend a higher institution.

This was disclosed in a video clip circulating on the social media today.

The entrepreneur said despite the setback, he refused to let his educational background define him, stressing that he has built a successful career through self-packaging and hard work.

“My biggest regret in life is not being opportune to attend a higher institution, but I didn’t let that define me,” he said.

Ola of Lagos also expressed pain over being included in the viral ‘Olodo Uprising’ list, saying people perceive him as a riffraff because he did not go to school.

“I was pained when people added me to the ‘Olodo Uprising’ List. They think I’m a riffraff, because I didn’t go to school, despite how much I package myself,” he lamented.

Speaking on his craft, the influencer noted that luxury is not about making noise, revealing that he has billionaires who buy houses from him because they love him and appreciate his work.

“Luxury isn’t about noise, I have billionaires that buy houses from me, just because they love me and like my craft,” he added.
