Oshodi-Isolo House of Reps. member build classrooms, donates school bus for constituency

No society in the world thrives or has recorded generational progress and  socio-economic development with the exemption of qualitative education for the young and old minds in the society. 

In light with the aforementioned maxim, the federal lawmaker representing Oshodi/Isolo constituency 1 at the federal house of representative, Hon. (Dr.) Bashiru Dawodu has completed the blocks of primary school classrooms for pupils in the constituency.

It would be recall that the newly built classroom project is coming shortly after the installation of streets light in some strategic areas in the same constituency. 

Speaking at the project handling over ceremony held at the local government secretariat, the lawmaker expressed satisfactions on how the people support his vision towards the all-round development of the constituency with public interest based projects. 

He further stressed the motive behind his giant strides in the educational sector since he assumed office.

“For longer years, our schools are in deplorable conditions which it shouldn’t be just because the greatest gift that can be bequeathed to children is qualitative education” He said. 

“Today, beyond the handling over of the new built classrooms, we are also donating a brand new school bus for the pupils usefulness with school bags and writing materials inclusive” He added.

Following the projects handling over and presentation, notable personalities commend the unmatched achievements recorded in the area of empowerment, education, health care amongst others by the honorable in the space of two years in office and pray for his continue strengths and guidance in the discharging his duties to the electorates. 

Dignitaries seen at the epoch making events include the local government chairman, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede, Lagos state of Assembly member, Hon. Akeem Sokunle, His Highness Oba. Elewu of Ewe, Party leaders, councilors and school pupils.
