Poco Lee Faces Five Sexual Offence Charges
Popular Nigerian dancer and entertainer Iweh Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, is in the United Kingdom (UK) after being charged with five sexual offences.
According to Arise News, Snaresbrook Crown Court in London confirmed the charges. Court official James Baker, Administrative Team Leader at the court, reportedly verified the details in correspondence with Nigerian media.
Poco Lee is facing one count of attempted rape, two counts of rape, and two counts of assault by penetration. In total, that’s five separate charges.

The court has fixed September 15, 2026 for a plea and trial preparation hearing, where the entertainer is expected to enter his plea.
To protect the identity of the complainant, the court has also placed reporting restrictions in place. This is in line with the UK’s Sexual Offences Amendment Act 1992.
This comes months after earlier reports that UK authorities were investigating the dancer over sexual offence allegations.
It is important to note that the charges are allegations at this stage. Poco Lee remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
