According to Oluomo, the next hearing will be a plea session where Poco Lee is expected to declare whether he will plead guilty or not guilty to the charge.

“His next court date is scheduled for the second week of September, when he is expected to have a plea hearing,” the advocate added.

It was gathered that news of Poco Lee’s alleged arrest first surfaced online on Tuesday, August 18.

On Wednesday, August 19, rapper Ms Jorji also made fresh allegations against him, accusing him of attempting to sexually assault her and her friend.

Oluomo of Derby said he plans to attend the court proceedings in support of the Nigerian community in the UK, while also urged the public to allow due process.
