Burna Boy Yet To Refund VDM’s N250m School Project Fund — King Mitchy Alleges
Philanthropist, King Mitchy, has claimed that Grammy-winning singer, Burna Boy, is yet to refund social critic, VeryDarkMan (VDM), the sum of N250 million he allegedly spent on school building projects.
Mitchy made the allegation during a live streaming session with former Big Brother Naija housemate, Phyna.
According to her, VDM financed the construction of the schools with money from his Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), with the expectation that Burna Boy would reimburse him.
“Burna Boy has not paid VeryDarkMan the 250 million he used in building schools. He withdrew money from his NGO to build the schools thinking Burna Boy will pay him back but he didn’t,” King Mitchy stated during the session.
Meanwhile her claim comes months after Burna Boy reportedly pledged to support VDM’s activism with funds to aid his plan to build schools for underprivileged children.
