Davido Threatens To Involve Trump In Osun Poll
Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has warned President Bola Tinubu that he will involve United State President Donald Trump if anything goes wrong in the upcoming Osun State governorship election.
Davido gave the warning during a live session with comedian Carter Efe ahead of the August 15 poll.
“I will involve Trump if anything goes wrong in the Osun election,” he lamented.

The singer stressed the need for a free, fair and credible process. “I will not remain silent if the electoral process is compromised,” he stated.
He added that he would draw international attention to any alleged irregularities. “We will make sure the whole world sees what happens,” he said.
Meanwhile, the warning comes as Governor Ademola Adeleke, Davido’s uncle, seeks a second term in office.
Newscarte reported that Davido has been actively campaigning for the governor and has repeatedly urged authorities to ensure a transparent electoral process.
