‎ ‘Marriage Not An Achievement’ — B-Lord Warns Youths Against Rushing Into Wedlock

Celebrity businessman Linus Williams Ifejirika, popularly known as B-Lord, has told singles to wait until they’re financially and emotionally ready before getting married.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Adult Gist podcast, B-Lord criticized youths who rush into marriage due to peer pressure and societal expectations without financial stability.

“Don’t rush to marry. Take your time and make a good choice for a life partner,” he said. “Marriage is not an achievement. Nobody should push you into marriage. Because if you rush into marriage, you will rush out.”

He warned men against breaking hearts, saying karma could affect their own daughters.

“Don’t break ladies’ hearts because one day you are going to have a daughter and what you did to other people’s daughters someone else is going to do the same to your daughter. Treat women the way you want them to treat your daughter. Ladies, treat a man the way you want them to treat your son.”

B-Lord added that age shouldn’t force anyone into marriage, especially given how hard divorce gets.

“So, take your time. Age doesn’t matter… Don’t marry who you will regret later. Because to reverse marriage is very very hard, most especially when children are involved,” he stated.
