VeryDarkMan Skips Peller, Jarvis’ Lagos Wedding Over Fear Of Arrest
Controversial activist and social critic Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has revealed that he could not attend the white wedding of TikToker Peller and his fiancée Jarvis in Lagos due to fear of arrest.
In a video message shared across social media, VeryDarkMan congratulated the couple and wished them well in their marriage and for the child they are expecting.
“Happy married life to you guys. And the child you’re expecting is blessed,” he stated.

However, the critic explained why he stayed away from the Lagos ceremony noting that, “Unfortunately I couldn’t make it to Lagos. I’ve got bigger enemies in Lagos, and me and Lagos police no be friends. Once I touch down Lagos, there’s a high chance I’ll be arrested,” he emphasized.
VeryDarkMan added that he is in possession of Peller’s asoebi and has been following the wedding proceedings, while also commended the organization of the event and the mood among guests.
“I have Peller’s asoebi here with me. I’ve been watching the wedding and I love how everything is coordinated and everybody is happy,” he said.
He also expressed his support for the couple despite often calling out Peller online.
“I really love Peller and Jarvis. That’s why when he does some funny things, I get upset,” he added.
Peller and Jarvis held their white wedding in Lagos, yesterday days after their traditional rites in Benin City and civil wedding on July 29.
Meanwhile, it was gathered that, VeryDarkMan has had several issues with authorities in the past, which may have informed his decision to avoid Lagos for the event.
