Daniel Regha Warns Against Mocking Men’s Bodies

Nigerian social media commentator Daniel Regha has called on people to stop making jokes about men’s genital size, saying the ridicule can cause insecurity and drive some to take dangerous steps.

Regha made the comment while reacting to the death of Nigerian-British influencer Tiny, who reportedly died after a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.

In a post on X (formally twitter), he referenced past jokes involving singer Davido and Wande Coal, noting that such topics has often been treated as entertainment online.

“might seem like funny news, however, it’s not. A lot of men get ridiculed for this, by both women, and their fellow men masked as a joke,” he stated.

According to Regha, constant mockery can leave men feeling inadequate and push them toward unnecessary procedures just to “fix” something that was never a problem.

“This leads to insecurity and then some people start taking unnecessary risks to fix what shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with,” he added.

He therefore pleaded by urging self-acceptance, saying that, “No-one created themselves, I just hope people learn to love and accept themselves more.”
