Obasanjo Reacts As Isbae U Calls Him Friend

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and content creator Isbae U had another playful exchange during an interview, with the skit maker declaring the ex-president his friend.

The funny moment occurred during the recently released episode of Curiosity Made Me Ask.

Isbae U suggested they exchange nicknames as a sign of their friendship.

“You and I are now friends. Give me a name and I will give you a name too. That’s how we know friends,” Isbae U said.

Obasanjo appeared surprised by the suggestion and questioned if they were truly friends.

“Me and you friends?” Obasanjo asked.

Isbae U then referred to the former president as his “Gee,” a slang term for a close friend.

“You are my Gee na,” he said.

Obasanjo responded with mock disbelief, joking that living too long meant enduring more insults.

“Me and you friends? Insult! Allah, Chineke, God, Olorun. So if man no quick die e go just dey collect insult?” Obasanjo said.
